La Terraza (currently under construction)
La Terraza is located along Third Avenue between East 157th and East 158th Streets in the South Bronx.
This is a mixed-use rental apartments building with underground parking designed as part of The Melrose Commons Cornerstone.
It is being developed through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Cornerstone program.
